Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We only replace items if they are defective as provided in our 90 Day Limited Warranty, available here. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

90 Day Limited Warranty

TOSECH stands behind our design and manufacture and all our products are backed by a 90-day limited warranty. Smartē products from the following brands are guaranteed for 90-days from date of purchase under normal and intended use and service against defective workmanship and material:

  • Wrap’ms
  • pluggits

If our product fails to meet our limited warranty during the 90-day warranty period, we will, at our option, replace the product free of charge, or provide you with a replacement of comparable value. It’s important you keep your receipt as your proof of purchase.  You will be asked to send us a copy to if you need warranty service. Proof of purchase is required before a warranty claim will be accepted.

This 90-day limited warranty does not apply in cases of damage in transit or by inadequate care, neglect, abuse, abnormal use, misuse, modification, accidents, normal wear and tear, damage due to environmental or natural elements, failure to follow product instructions, immersion in water (except for products specifically identified by us in writing as intended for water use), battery leakage or improper installation, improper storage or maintenance of the products, or improper service or causes not arising out of defects in materials and workmanship.

Except for this 90-day limited warranty, TOSECH does not provide any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. TOSECH will not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use, or the performance of, its products. TOSECH’s maximum liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for the product.

TOSECH’s liability shall terminate upon the expiration of the warranty period. Some states and provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these exclusions or limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state and province to province.

Q: Which smart speakers does the Mute work on?
A: The Mute works on the Amazon Echo, Echo Plus, or Echo Dot Smart Speakers.
Q: How do you set the timer on the Mute?
A: Press the center button and hold. Release the center button when desired time is achieved. The timer will begin. After each 10 minutes have elapsed, an LED will turn off. At the completion of the program, the LEDS will blink rapidly 3 times. The LEDs and the internal mechanism will turn off.
Q: How long does the timer last?
A: You can set the timer in 10 minute increments up to a total of 60 minutes at a time.
Q: Is the Mute water resistant?
A: It is advised to keep liquids and food away from the Mute and your smart speaker.
Q: Does this Mute come in any other colors besides white or black?
A: The Mute is currently available in white and black only.
Q: Will the Mute work on the Google Home Mini?
A: This style of the Mute currently only works with the Amazon Smart Speaker family.
