Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

You may seek a refund within the 30-day period following your purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received an approved refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale priced items may be refunded if within the 30-day return policy.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective as provided in our 90 Day Limited Warranty, available here. If the product you purchased is defective, within 90 days following purchase, send us an email at info@mysmartelife.com and send your item to: c/o My Smartē Life, 16410 Bloomfield Avenue, Cerritos, CA 90703-2144 United States.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: c/o My Smartē Life, 16410 Bloomfield Avenue, Cerritos, CA 90703-2144 United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Most orders will ship within 48 hours. Please allow 3-10 business days for standard USPS delivery (distance dictates delivery days.)

90 Day Limited Warranty

TOSECH stands behind our design and manufacture and all our products are backed by a 90-day limited warranty. Smartē products from the following brands are guaranteed for 90-days from date of purchase under normal and intended use and service against defective workmanship and material:

  • Wrap’ms
  • pluggits

If our product fails to meet our limited warranty during the 90-day warranty period, we will, at our option, replace the product free of charge, or provide you with a replacement of comparable value. It’s important you keep your receipt as your proof of purchase.  You will be asked to send us a copy to info@mysmartelife.com if you need warranty service. Proof of purchase is required before a warranty claim will be accepted.

This 90-day limited warranty does not apply in cases of damage in transit or by inadequate care, neglect, abuse, abnormal use, misuse, modification, accidents, normal wear and tear, damage due to environmental or natural elements, failure to follow product instructions, immersion in water (except for products specifically identified by us in writing as intended for water use), battery leakage or improper installation, improper storage or maintenance of the products, or improper service or causes not arising out of defects in materials and workmanship.

Except for this 90-day limited warranty, TOSECH does not provide any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. TOSECH will not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use, or the performance of, its products. TOSECH’s maximum liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for the product.

TOSECH’s liability shall terminate upon the expiration of the warranty period. Some states and provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these exclusions or limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state and province to province.
